The vacuum tumbler is made of high quality stainless stee SUS304, it is designed reasonably with round head to achieve large rolling space. It is operated easily with PLC panel, such functions as automatic rolling, intermittent rotating and vacuuming can be switched easily. The machine can make meat products tumbling up and down inside the tank in vacuum by physical impact. By impact and tumbling, like massage and seasoning, meat products can absorb seasoning liquid evenly and enhance their binding force and elasticity. At the same time, by impact and tumbling, the protein of meat can be decomposed into water soluble one which can help human body absorb them easily. It can also mix additives (starch, salt etc.) and meat well to achieve good performance in taste, tenderness and weight.
