Model 100 automatic patty forming machine is mainly used to produce hamburger patty, chicken nuggets with minced meat, fish and chicken. it can automatically fulfill the procedures of filling, forming and patty outputting. Different shapes of patties can be produced by using different shapes of molds. Used with battering machine and breading machine, they can constitute simple automatic patty forming and coating processing line.

According to the safety, hygiene and processing requirements of meat product machinery, the machine frame and parts contacting food are made of stainless steel 304 and nontoxic UHMW-PE. The machine runs smoothly with low noises. The electrical equipment uses Water-proof switches to make the machine reach a high protection level.
