Ductile cast iron pipe fittings are mainly used to connect PE/PVC pipes and other equipments like valve, pump and Y strainer etc. in potable water supply system, water drainage system, municipal construction, chemical factory and other occasions when plastic pipes and equipments needed to be connected.

Product Parameters:

Material of body: ductile cast iron

Material of gasket: EPDM, NBR

DN: 65-2000

Working pressure: PN16

Flange pressure type: Class 150 or PN 16

Surface treatment: epoxy powder coating

Colors: RAL5015, RAL3000 or as customized.

Bolts and nuts: export grade, stainless steel

It includes the following series:

Coupling	restrained double sockets with clamping ring
Flange adaptor	one end flange, another socket with clamping
Bend	double sockets with clamping ring or one socket with another flange
Tee	three sockets with clamping ring or two sockets with one flange
End cap	end cap with clamping ring.
